A food delivery platform connecting foodies with authentic Japanese restaurants

Our objectives

  • Due to the abundant Japanese restaurants operating in Saigon, Vietnam, the aim is to connect owners with customers by offering delivery services.
  • Facilitate the accessibility of Japanese cuisine and imported products from Japan to local customers through a delivery application.

Result

  • Bulkbox was acquired by my company after being released to customers.
  • Subsequently, Bulkbox underwent a redesign and rebranding, transforming into Eaty.
  • Eaty has been operational on both the App Store and Google Play for 1 year.

Usability testing

  • Add items to the cart.
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Select one category.
  • Change the language.
  • Submit any form on the contact page.
  • Navigate to the order detail.
  • Cancel the order.

After several rounds of usability testing and incorporating user feedback, I made revisions to the design.
